How to Request Deletion
- Sign in to the app with your Google or Apple account at https://crusecontrol.app/drive
- Choose a request type below
- Submit the form
- We process your request within 7 business days and email you confirmation
What Gets Deleted
"Delete Account & All Data"
Deleted:
- Google account info (name, email, photo)
- All driving session logs
- Selected state preference
- Any feedback or bug reports you submitted
- Your Firebase Authentication account
Retained:
None. All data is permanently removed with no additional retention period.
"Delete Data Only" (keep account)
Deleted:
- All driving session logs
- Selected state preference
- Any feedback or bug reports you submitted
Retained:
- Google account info (name, email) for sign-in purposes
- Firebase Authentication record
Retention Period
Deleted data is permanently removed from our Firebase servers. There is no additional retention period after deletion is completed.
