Cruse Control ("we", "our", "the app") is a driving-hours tracker that helps learner-permit holders log supervised driving sessions. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
All data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) on servers located in the United States. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and protected by Firebase security rules that restrict access to authenticated users.
The app uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
Your data is retained as long as your account exists. You may delete individual sessions at any time from within the app.

Cruse Control is designed for teen drivers (typically ages 15-17) learning to drive under supervision. The app requires Google Sign-In and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided data through the app, please contact us for removal.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
